whispers in the grass// family session on film// aztalan state park, wisconsin

The location for this shoot was Aztalan state park, the site of a long lost civilization that resided here nearly one thousand years ago. There are numerous ceremonial mounds, hundreds of tall wooden poles and paths that zig zag through the prairie. Some believe they were the ancestors to the Aztecs. I absolutely loved shooting here. It was overcast and mysterious and just a tad bit eerie…just how i like it. Can you hear the whispers in the grass?
